Roland Bryan, Managing Director, localpeople

Roland is the Managing Director of localpeople, the network of hyperlocal community based websites backed by AND.

Since July 2009, over 100 local websites have been launched proving extremely popular in local communities throughout the South West and South East of England, including London.

Previous to this Roland was Strategy Director at AND, where his focus was on driving profitable growth in AND's network of digital assets. He joined Associated Newspapers in April 2007 from Virgin Media where he was responsible for Content Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this Roland worked for OC&C Strategy Consultants, one of Europe's leading strategy firms, as an Associate Director where he lead their work in print, digital and broadcast media.

Roland was educated at Oxford University, Keble College where he graduated with a Masters in History.

He lives in London.
